新疆杨、枸杞等耐盐碱树种叶绿素荧光特性分析

【摘要】 通过对山阴县西盐池村大运高速公路盐碱区新疆杨、枸杞等通道造林绿化树种的叶绿素荧光特性分析,结果表明:新疆杨、枸杞的耐盐碱能力最强,其原因为在盐碱胁迫条件下,新疆杨的光能转化效率较高,枸杞的光化学淬灭(qP)值最大,能进行正常的光合作用。而刺槐、榆树则容易受到光胁迫(Fv/Fm、Fv/F0)的影响;榆树的非光化学淬灭(NPQ)值最大,说明榆树在盐胁迫时的自我保护能力较强,不同树种间差异显著;新疆杨叶绿素荧光参数呈现出随盐碱胁迫程度的增加,PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)与PSⅡ的潜在活性(Fv/F0)间的相关性达到显著或极显著水平,可作为衡量新疆杨耐盐性的评定指标。

【Abstract】 An experiment was conducted to study the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of four tree species for passageway greening such as Populus alba var.pyramidalis and Fructus lycii,which grew in saline and alkaline soil on both sides of Dayun Expressway at Xiyanchi Village of Shanyin County,Shanxi Province.Results showed that Populus alba var.pyramidalis and Fructus lycii had the highest resistance to saline-alkaline.The light energy conversion efficiency of P.alba var.pyramidalis was higher and the photochemical quenching of F.lycii was the maximum under saline-alkali stress,and they both could carry out normal photosynthesis.However,Robinia pseudoacacia and Ulmus pumila were easily affected by light stress.U.pumila exhibited the maximum of non-photochemical quenching,indicating its stronger ability of self-protection ability under saline stress.There was difference in non-photochemical quenching for the four tree species.The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters for P.alba var.pyramidalis increased with the increase of saline-alkali concentration.The correlation between photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm) and potential activity of PSⅡ(Fv/F0) reached significant or extremely significant level,which can be used as an important index for determining the resistance to saline-alkaline for P.alba var.pyramidalis.
