【摘要】 通过考察东北地区金融生态环境现状发现,东北三省的金融生态环境得到一定程度的改善,但与其他区域相比仍有很大差距。从全国来看,东北三省金融生态环境各项指标均排名靠后,分析深层次原因:东北地区在经济基础、金融发展、政府治理和制度环境方面都存在制约因素。东北地区应结合自身发展特点,加快推进东北老工业基地的市场化进程,丰富金融市场主体,改善信用环境,加强金融法治环境建设,从而构建良性发展的区域金融生态环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the three provinces in northeast China have made some improvements in their financial ecological environment as a result of hard work,but there is still a big gap compared to some other provinces in China,with all the financial ecological environment indexes ranking a distant nationwide.The underlying reason may be that the economic base,financial development,governmental management and institutional environment in northeast China have been hindering the setup of a better financial ecological environment.Accordingly,the northeast region should advance its marketization,enrich its financial market subjects,improve its credit environment and reinforce the financial laws,so as to set up a good and sustainable financial ecological environment.更多还原
