【摘要】 依据现有研究成果和相关法律政策,从"信息披露"、"前瞻性信息"和"沟通关系"三个维度构建了投资者关系管理评价指标体系,以此为基础展开实证分析。研究发现:辽宁上市公司在投资者关系管理方面存在着信息披露欠佳、前瞻性信息披露不足以及与投资者沟通不甚理想等问题。针对上述问题,辽宁上市公司应进一步强化信息披露,增强公司透明度;强化投资者关系管理的沟通作用,加强公司网站建设;配备投资者关系管理的专门人才,建立健全投资者关系管理组织体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the previous research and relevant laws and regulations,this empirical study analyzes the evaluation system established from the perspectives of information disclosure,information predictability and relationship linkup.The findings indicate that in terms of investor relations management,the listed companies in Liaoning are at a disadvantage in information disclosure,information predictability and relationship linkup.Some suggestions are then proposed to such existing problems like reinforcing information disclosure,enhancing corporate transparency,strengthening the relationship linkup among investors,improving the construction of corporate websites,staffing investor relations management and establishing a sound organizational system of investor relations management.更多还原
