氯嘧磺隆在不同pH下的水解动力学研究
Hydrolysis dynamics of Chlormuron-ethly in different pH buffer solu-tions
【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法,研究了氯嘧磺隆在不同pH下的水解。结果表明,氯嘧磺隆在中性及碱性条件下稳定,不易水解;在酸性条件下不稳定,易发生水解。随着pH值的增大,氯嘧磺隆的水解反应速率逐渐减慢,速率常数K减小,半衰期相应的增大,氯嘧磺隆在pH3.0、4.0、5.0、6.0、7.0、8.0、9.0的缓冲液中的水解半衰期分别为9.67、13.72、22.21、62.43、173.25、210.00、256.67d。
【Abstract】 Hydrolysis dynamics of Chlormuron-ethly in different pH values was researched by HPLC.Results showed that Chlormuron-ethly was unstable and easier to be hydrolyzed in acid buffer solutions.However,it was stable in basic water and the hydrolysis rate slowed that the rate constantly decreased,the half-life increased with the increase of pH values.The half-life of Chlormuron-ethly in buffer solutions were 9.67 d for pH 3.0;13.72 d for pH 4.0;and 22.21 d for pH 5.0;62.43 d for pH 6.0;173.25 d for pH 7.0;210.00 d for pH 8.0;256.67 d for pH 9.0,respectively.
