抗草甘膦转基因大豆对根际和非根际土壤可培养菌的影响

【摘要】 采用盆栽方法,以抗草甘膦转基因大豆AZ04及其亲本非转基因大豆A04为试材,探讨抗草甘膦转基因大豆对根际土壤可培养菌数量的影响。结果表明,在大豆生长的15~60 d,抗草甘膦转基因大豆根际土壤真菌种群数量极显著(P<0.01)和显著(P<0.05)高于亲本非转基因大豆;在大豆生长的30~90 d,抗草甘膦转基因大豆非根际土壤真菌种群数量均极显著(P<0.01)和显著(P<0.05)高于亲本非转基因大豆,转基因大豆能够促进非根际土壤中真菌种群的生长。非转基因大豆根际土壤细菌数量在播种30~75 d显著高于转基因大豆,而90 d时转基因大豆根际细菌数量显著高于非转基因大豆;转基因大豆、非转基因大豆非根际土壤细菌数量差异在大豆出苗后的整个生长过程无明显规律,在大豆生长的15 d,转基因大豆与非转基因大豆相比显著抑制非根际土壤细菌数量(P<0.05),在大豆生长的60和90 d,转基因大豆与非转基因大豆相比显著促进非根际土壤细菌生长(P<0.05)。转基因大豆与非转基因大豆根际和非根际土壤中放线菌数量都有较大波动,在大豆生长的45~90 d,转基因大豆根际和非根际土壤放线菌数量显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)高于非转基因大豆。研究为抗草甘膦转基因大豆对土壤微生物的影响提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 A pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of Roundup Ready soybean AZ04 and its parent soybean A04 on the amount of soil culturable bacteria in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil.In soybean growth period of 15-60 d,soil fungi populations in Roundup Ready(RR) soybean rhizosphere were extremely significant(P<0.01) or significant(P<0.05) higher than its parent soybean.During soybean growth period of 30-90 d,soil fungi populations in RR soybean non-rhizosphere were extremely significant(P<0.01) or significant(P<0.05) higher than its parent soybean.RR soybean could promote soil fungi populations in non-rhizosphere.After 30-75 d seeded,soil bacteria in cultural soybean rhizosphere were significantly higher than those of RR soybean,but the trend reversed when it was 90 d.During all of soybean growth period,there was no obvious rule of rhizosphere soil bacteria between RR soybean and its parent cultural soybean.During the soybean growth period of 15 d,RR soybean significantly inhibited soil bacteria than its parent cultural soybean in non-rhizosphere(P<0.05).During soybean growth period of 60 and 90 d,RR soybean extremely significantly stimulated soil bacteria than its parent cultural soybean(P<0.05) in non-rhizosphere.Soil actinomycetes in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere of RR soybean and its parent were more fluctuated.During the period of 45-90 d,soil actinomycetes in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere of RR soybean were significant(P<0.05) or extremely significant(P<0.01)higher than its parent cultural soybean.This study provided a theoretical basis for the effects of Roundup Ready soybean on soil microbial.
