不同升温速率干馏对页岩油品质的影响

【摘要】 升温速率是影响油页岩热解及页岩油品质的重要因素之一。本文通过对页岩油的密度,黏度,凝点,倾点,发热量,馏程及元素分析在不同升温速率下的变化规律,来阐述升温速率对页岩油品质的影响。研究结果表明,随着升温速率的增加,页岩油的密度值逐渐变大。在实验温度为50℃条件下,页岩油的黏度值逐渐增大;然而凝点、倾点值是先增加后减小的;且发热量是逐渐减小的。不仅如此,馏程实验中不同温度段馏分的产量在不同升温速率下在极小的范围内波动。以上结果表明,升温速率对页岩油品质具有一定影响。通过对这一影响因素的分析,丰富了页岩油工业化生产的基础性研究工作。

【Abstract】 As is well known,heating rate plays an important role in the pyrolysis of oil shale and the evaluation of shale oil quality in most cases.In this paper,the analysis of density,viscosity,solidification point,pour point,calorific value,distillation as well as ultimate analysis of Huadian shale oil was carried out to elucidate the regularities of heating rate on the quality of shale oil.The results showed that the density of shale oil increased gradually with a rise of the heating rate.At the experimental temperature of 50℃,the viscosity of shale oil increased;however,the solidification point and pour point of shale oil first increased and then decreased; besides,the calorific value of shale oil decreased gradually.Furthermore,the variation of fraction obtained at each temperature period limited to a very small range.These results indicated that heating rates had a certain impact on the quality of shale oil.The analysis of the influencing factor of heating rate could enrich the basic research work of industrial production of shale oil.
