【Abstract】 The construction of teaching team is a very important part of quality project of higher education in China.It is great importance to enhance the teaching level of teaching staff and higher education quality of teaching.This article focuses on teaching staff construction and gene engineering course construction and higher educational teaching reform and ability construction which scientific research service teaching and teaching team management.We have been clear about the next construction direction.We finally construct a gene engineering teaching team of a structure reasonable and paying equal attention to the teaching research and the scientific research.更多还原
