【摘要】 本文针对目前高校学籍档案管理存在的问题,对数字化校园环境下学籍档案管理进行研究,提出依托数字化校园平台,采用前端控制、实时归档、纸质与电子档案集成管理等方法,实现对高校学籍档案的网络化集成管理。同时提出组合型电子学籍卡的概念、创建方法以及利用组合型电子学籍卡对学籍档案集成管理的技术,从而解决传统学籍信息归档不及时、归档方式落后、管理方法不科学等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses a new approach to the integrative management of the student archives in the institutions ofhigher education in China Based on the existing digitized platform on campus of these institutions,this approach applies into practice the concepts of front control,real-time filing,integrated management of student archives in the form of both electronic copy or hard copy.Essential to resolving the problems of traditional student archives management,a new idea and technique are put forward, "setting of electronic student records".It is to retrieve online relevant information from the database to creat a set of electronic student records for individual student,thus making the integrative management realistic.更多还原
