【Abstract】 Institutional factors can promote the differentiation of cluster development.This can be proved by the development of tussah textile industry cluster in Dandong and Gaizhou.According to the advantages of Liaoning tussah textile cluster in different areas,the authors suggest that the governments should make efforts to integrate relevant resources and give policy support to the industry.The industry cluster chain should be lengthened.The sales network and channels for silkworm fabrics can be used.Besides,international technological cooperation should be launched so as to lower the transition cost of the enterprises and promote sustainable development of the industry cluster.更多还原
