缩短科技论文待发时滞的研究与探讨
Research and Discussion on the Shortening of Preparation Delay of Scientific Papers
【摘要】 从"出版时滞"的影响及分类,引出"待发时滞",进而提出缩短"待发时滞"的两个有效措施及在实践中应注意的有关细节问题,从而提高措施的可操作性.
【Abstract】 From"pubilcation delay" influence and classification,we can get:preparation delay"and find two effective measures to shorten "this delay.At the same time,give some details that we shall pay attention to on practical work.
