【Abstract】 With the development of network technology,the editorial work of college journal has undergone tremendous changes.Through the CKNI and other network resources editors make rapid detection and identification of paper plagiarism,reduce academic misconduct in the journal.Network resources help editors to select reviewers accurately,and improve the speed and quality of reviewer’s work.Querying and retrievaling highly cited authors in this subject through the network,editors can appoint to the author and organizing manuscripts on purpose,and make accurate verification,editing,proofreading papers references,then effectively improve the quality and impact of the journal.更多还原
