【摘要】 以阳光体育为视角,论述了高校体育教学改革如何与阳光体育相结合,才能达到有效增强学生体质的目的。对阳光体育背景下高校体育教学目标,体育理论课、实践课教学模式等方面进行探讨,构建多元化的体育课程模式、课内外一体化的体育理论课和体育单项俱乐部教学模式,更新课外活动内容体系,建立与阳光体育运动评价相一致的体育课程评价体系等措施,促进阳光体育运动持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Viewed from Sunny Sports,this paper elaborates how students′ health can be strengthened efficiently by combining the reform of college PE with Sunny Sports.It also discusses college PE′s objectives,theoretical class of PE,practical mode of teaching and builds up diversified course modes of PE,theoretical PE class of integration of in and out of class,teaching mode of PE single item club.It suggests renewing the system of extra curricular activities and establishing systems of PE course evaluation which are in line with sunny sports assessment,to promote the continuous improvement of Sunny Sports.更多还原
