【摘要】 先进的创新方法是提升国家自主创新能力的重要武器。在对北京典型民用企事业重点单位技术创新方法应用现状进行问卷调查与实地访谈的基础上,对民用企事业单位技术创新方法的学习培训、实践应用进行统计调研,分析在企业、高校及科研院所创新思维、创新方法和创新工具三方面的现状和存在的问题。在此基础上,重点调研并分析了企业对于创新方法的需求情况,发现企业在高层支持、创新管理和方法培训等方面水平有待提高。最后根据需求提出技术创新方法应用与推广的策略建议,为促进北京地区民用企事业单位学习和应用技术创新方法提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Advanced innovation methods are important weapon to enhance national independent innovation capacity.Based on questionnaire and field interviews to application status quo of Beijing Civil Enterprises and Public Institutions,learning and training,innovation methods application were done statistics research,the status quo and existed main problems of enterprises,universities and research institutes were analyzed in creative thinking,innovation methods,innovative tools three aspects.On this basis,business demands for innovative methods were done research and analyzed founding that the level of the companies in leader support,innovation management,methods training to be improved.Finally,according to the application demands,the strategies and recommendations of innovation method application and promotion were proposed,references of innovation method learning and application in Civil Enterprises and Public Institutions were provided.更多还原
