GTL燃料发动机的性能及排放特性

【摘要】 进行了柴油机燃用柴油、天然气制油GTL燃料及GTL—柴油混合燃料(GTL燃料体积分数分别为10%和20%)的外特性、负荷特性和ESC十三工况试验,研究了柴油机燃用GTL燃料的动力性、经济性和排放特性。试验结果表明:与燃用柴油相比,随着GTL燃料比例的增大,柴油机排放逐渐降低。燃用GTL燃料时的外特性功率和扭矩与柴油相当,燃油消耗率降低2.9%。在ESC十三工况下,燃用GTL燃料的HC,CO,NOx,PM排放比燃用柴油分别降低了17.8%,23%,19.7%,25%。

【Abstract】 Based on diesel,GTL and GTL mixed with 10% and 20% diesel,the full load,partial load and ESC experiments were carried out and the power performance,fuel economy and emission characteristics of diesel engine fuelled with GTL fuel were studied.The results show that the emissions of engine gradually decrease with the increase of GTL proportion.The power and torque of engine fuelled with GTL are almost the same as that fuelled with diesel,but the fuel economy decreases by 2.9%.For the ESC cycle,the HC,CO,NOx and PM emissions of diesel engine fuelled with GTL fuel decrease by 17.8%,23%,19.7%,and 25% respectively.
