铁磁纳米线阵列的Monte Carlo计算

【摘要】 利用Monte Carlo方法,研究了铁磁纳米线阵列的能量、磁化强度、比热、磁化率等物理量随温度的变化关系。通过改变交换耦合常数模拟了纳米线间距或密度改变对纳米线阵列磁性质的影响。结果表明,交换耦合常数越大,相变效果越明显。我们还通过研究交换耦合常数均匀随机分布时纳米线阵列磁性的变化,模拟了纳米线长度涨落对其磁性质的影响。结果表明,在交换耦合常数涨落较小时,高温磁性与规则点阵区别不大,但低温时出现相分离现象。

【Abstract】 The temperature dependences of the energy,magnetization,specific heat and magnetic susceptibility of magnetic nanowire arrays were studied by Monte Carlo method.The effects of variation of nanowire spacing or density on the magnetic properties of nanowire arrays were simulated through the variations of exchange coupling factors.The results show that the more the exchange coupling factor is,the more obvious the phase transition will be.The Magnetic property of nanowire arrays in high temperature behaves basically the same as the normal arrays when the fluctuation of exchange coupling factor was not obvious.
