【摘要】 目的:评价肠内营养制剂的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:从我院信息管理数据库中提取2008年至2010年外科住院病人肠内营养制剂的使用数量、零售金额,进行使用频率,日均费用(元)的统计,利用限定日剂量方法进行相关计算和分析。结果:肠内营养制剂的用药费用呈逐年上升趋势,从2008年的42.64万元增加至2010年的67.37万元,增加了57.99%。肠内营养制剂品种和使用频率不断增加。结论:肠内营养制剂的用药频度增长较快,表明临床医师对肠内营养支持的重视程度不断提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the drug utilization of the enteral nutrition,and to provide reference for rational use of drugs.Methods: According to the utilization frequency,retail amount and daily expenses of enteral nutrition in surgery of our hospital from 2008 to 2010,defined daily dose was used in the analysis.Results: The expenses of enteral nutrition drugs and utilization frequency increased year by year,from RMB426,489 in 2008 to RMB673,717 in 2010,which increased 57.99%.Conclusion: With the prescription frequency increasing,doctors pay more attention to enteral nutrition.更多还原
