【摘要】 目的:探讨益生菌和谷氨酰胺强化的免疫微生态营养对结直肠癌病人术后应激和免疫状态的影响。方法:将102例结直肠癌病人随机分为对照组和研究组(加入益生菌和谷氨酰胺的免疫微生态肠内营养),每组51例。研究组病人均在手术中置入鼻肠营养管,术后均给予免疫微生态营养液,对照组病人术后常规处理。两组病人均予术前和术后第3和第7天,分别测定血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、C3、C4、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+,IgG、IgM的浓度,并进行比较。结果:研究组术后第7天血清CRP水平明显低于对照组,而C3、C4、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+,IgG、IgM免疫指标优于对照组。结论:结直肠癌病人术后早期给予益生菌和谷氨酰氨强化的免疫微生态营养,能有效地减轻病人的应激反应和改善其免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of microecopharm aceutics and glutamine enhanced microbial immune entreral nuetrition on postoperative stress status and immune function in colon cancer patients.Methods:102 cases of colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and immune microbial enteral nutrition group.The immune microbial nutrition was given to the study group.Before and after the first 3,7 days patients were measured in serum CRP and C3,C4,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,IgG,IgM concentration.Results:The stress status CRP was lower in enhanced entreral netrition group than the normal group at the 7th day after operation(P<0.05).And C3,C4,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,IgG,IgM in study group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion:The microecpharm aceutics and glutamine enhanced microbial immune entreral nutrition could effectively reduce the stress status and improve immune function after operation of colon cancer patients.更多还原
