【摘要】 采用2组相同型号的滚动轴承疲劳寿命强化试验机,设置相同的外部环境及试验条件,在其中1组试验机的润滑油箱中按比例加入金属抗磨自修复材料,进行对比试验研究。结果表明,添加金属抗磨自修复材料的强化试验机的润滑油理化指标无明显变化,轴承振动值稳定,且轴承疲劳寿命明显延长。更多还原

【Abstract】 The comparative experiments are done by using two groups of bearing fatigue life testing machines under the same condition,and the proper wear - resistant auto - restoration metal material is put into oil boxes of a group of machine. The experiment results show that the properties of lubricant oil with wear - resistant auto - restoration metal material change less,bearing vibration keep steadily,and bearing fatigue life are prolonged.更多还原
