【摘要】 目的探讨胰胆管十二指肠连接区癌(PDDU癌)的MR诊断与病理基础,以提高对该病的认识。方法对20例PDDU癌患者的MR资料进行回顾性分析。结果 20例患者MRCP均示有不同程度的低位胆道梗阻,并且在连接区可见软组织肿块,部分病灶增强后呈均匀或不均匀强化。结论 MR对诊断PDDU癌有较高的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the imaging features of MRI finding of pancreaticobiliary ductal and duodenal union(PDDU),in order to improve the knowledge of the disease. Methods The imaging findings of 20 cases with PDDU were analyzed retrospectively. Results Each cases has low blie duct obstruction in varying degrees, pancreaticobiliary ductal and duodenal union has masses of soft tissue. Contrast-enhanced MR scan revealed mild or medium heterogeneous enhancement in some of all cases. Conclusion MRI has significant diagnostic value for PDDU.更多还原
