【摘要】 把全面实现小康社会的居住目标作为现阶段城市居住水平发展的标杆,构建了比例协调度模型,并对35个大中城市居住水平的协调性进行了评价。研究结果表明,比例协调度模型对理想协调状态已知的系统内部协调度的判定是有效的。在此基础上构建了城市居住水平的"协调—发展"二维综合评价矩阵,提出了城市居住水平的发展路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking living targets of all-round well-off society for the benchmark of city living level,this article establishes a ratio coordinate degree model on the basis of the previous research.Through assessing coordinate degree on living level of 35 sample cities,the evaluate results are proven to be effective.In addition,a two-dimension matrix is constructed to take further analysis on the development path of city living level.更多还原
