适宜桑枝屑栽培的黑木耳优良菌株筛选试验
Experimental Research on Screening Suitable Strains of Auricularia auricular for Cultivation by Sawdust of Mulberry Branch
【摘要】 为筛选适宜湖州地区利用桑枝屑栽培的黑木耳品种,本文通过对6个黑木耳菌株在PDA培养基的菌丝生长情况、桑枝培养基上的菌丝生长情况及子实体产量3个方面进行了比较试验,结果显示,在PDA培养基上,黑木耳916、神农7号菌丝粗壮有力,菌丝生长快;在桑枝屑培养基中,黑木耳916菌丝生长最快,神农7号次之;在子实体产量上,黑木耳916产量最高,但新科品种质量较佳。综合来看,黑木耳916、神农7号、新科为适宜本地区利用桑枝屑为主要栽培基质的菌株,黑威11、黑威29、9809则不适宜本地区的栽培。
【Abstract】 In order to screening the fungus strains of Auricularia auricula which is suitable for cultivation by sawdust of mulberry branch,PDA agar medium culture,culture experiment with sawdust of mulberry branch and fruiting body output were carried out with 6 Auricularia auricula strains from different places。The results showed that strain 916 and Shen Nong NO.7 fungus strains grew best on PDA agar medium,strain 916 grew faster than others on bag medium that the main materials were sawdust of mulberry branch and the production of per bag was the highest.Therefore,strains 916、Shen Nong NO.7 and XIN KE were suitable to be extended in HuZhou,strains HeiWei 11,HeiWei 29 and 9809 were not suitable for cultivation in this region.
