多状态电子装备可靠性评估方法研究
Research on Reliability Evaluation Method of Multi-State Electronics Equipments
【摘要】 电子装备潜隐性故障是工程实践中的客观存在,正确评估多态电子装备的可靠性状态是进行潜隐性故障分析的前提.在考虑电子装备"安全-潜在故障-故障"三种工作状态的基础上,建立了多状态电子装备状态模型,提出了基于贝叶斯网络的多状态电子装备可靠性评估方法,实现了对系统可靠性状态的有效评估.实例分析表明,多状态贝叶斯网络可靠性评估模型的正确性和有效性,具有重要的理论意义和使用价值.
【Abstract】 Potential fault of the electronics equipments is objective existence in engineering.Accurate evaluation of electronics equipments reliability states is a precondition of potential fault analysis.Considered with three work states of safe-potential-fault-fault,a states model was built up to assess the multi-state electronics equipments.A reliability evaluation method of multi-state electronics equipments was advanced based on Bayesian Networks.Finally,the example proved that the Bayesian Networks evaluation model is accurate and efficient.
