基于LabVIEW和OPC技术的气体爆炸测试系统开发
Development of Gas Explosion Test System Based on LabVIEW and OPC Technique
【摘要】 开发了一套用于检测气体爆炸特性参数的爆炸测试系统.硬件系统由参数测试装置和视频记录设备构成.软件系统为一套用作控制和数据采集的分布式测控系统,主要采用LabVIEW 8.6开发而成,具有界面友好、操作容易和高度自动化等特点.现场设备的控制逻辑由PLC来实现,LabVIEW应用程序和硬件设备的通讯采用OPC技术来实现.该测试系统功能完备,可实现试验过程控制、实时数据采集、数据分析处理、数据库管理和实验结果报表输出等功能,具有独立性、整体性、可扩展性和实时性等优点.实际应用表明,该系统具有很好的可靠性和精确性.
【Abstract】 A gas explosion test system to determine explosion characteristics of gases was developed.Hardware system consists of charactericstic test apparatus and video record devices.The upper-level software for control and data acquisition(DAQ) was a distributed measure and control system which was mainly developed by LabVIEW 8.6.Software system has feature of friendly GUI,easy operation and high-level automation.The control logic of on-site equipments was realized by PLC.The communication between LabVIEW application and hardware devices was realized by OPC technique.The developed test system has comprehensive function such as experimental process control,real-time data acquiring,data analysis and processing,database management and experimental result report etc.The developed test system has advantages of independence,integrity,extendibility,real-time,etc.The system was proved to be reliable and accurate in practical application.
