【Abstract】 Gramsci’s organic-intellectual thought is developed during the exploration of western society’s revolutionary road and strategy,which are the most important content and component of his unique thought of ProletarianC ultural Hegemony.In his understanding,organic intellectuals,different from traditional intellectuals,are the organic unity of experts and leaders in the proletarian revolution.At present,our talent-selecting standard,emphasizingb oth the competence and the character,shows three deviations-theory from practice,competence from character,and intellectuals from cadres-and is one of the roots that lead to the unsuccessful result of the talent-selection inr eality.Under such condition,Gramsci’s conception of organic intellectuals is bound to be a part that enriched andi mprove nowaday talent-selection.更多还原
