【Abstract】 After the great earthquake in Wenchuan,Beichuan new town,the capital of the Qiang autonomous county,is the only town to be entirely relocated and reconstructed.The leaders of the central government are concerned about the reconstruction of the town,and instruct that the town should be built towards safety,livability,prosperity,characteristic,civilization,and harmony.Moreover,they wish the new town be a model of the postdisaster reconstruction.Therefore the conception of planning and design is the primary issue in the new town planning.更多还原
