【摘要】 按《文物保护法》的规定,保护"文物保护单位"必须遵守不改变文物原状的原则,这在一定程度上限制了对文物古迹的合理利用。《历史文化名城名镇名村保护条例》提出了"历史建筑"的保护概念,其保护方法与"文物保护单位"有所不同,给文物古迹的利用提供了回旋余地。随着保护数量的扩大和新类型的出现,保护方法应该改革和创新,可以先从"历史建筑"做起。"历史建筑"的保护原则应该是按历史信息的含量来确定保护的部位和利用的强度,保存信息,延年益寿,科学利用。其方法可以设想两种思路,一种是根据有价值历史信息存在的部位决定更新利用的部位,另一种是分析归纳类型的共性,提出保存的要点。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the"Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics",the conservation of"cultural relic protection units"should not change their original status,which however restricts the reasonable utilization of the cultural relics and heritages to a certain extent.The concept of"historic buildings",as stated in the "Regulation on the Protection of Famous Historical and CulturalCities,Towns,and Villages",differs from cultural relic protection units and provides more possibilities for the flexible applications of cultural relics.With the increase of the protection targets and the emergence of new protection types,the protection method should also be renewed and reformed,which could be started from"historic building".In order to utilize the cultural relics scientifically and conserve the historical information as much as possible,this paper suggests that the specific conservation parts and utilization intensity of"historic buildings"should be clarified by their contents of historic information.The author points out two directions.One is to decide the renovation and reutilization parts according to their historic information values.The other is to put forward suggestions on essential conservation methods via analyzing and summarizing the common characteristics of historic buildings.更多还原
