The public participation institution which was established by the Urban-Rural Planning Act is leading the transformation of urban planning education.A public hearing which was simulated in the class manifested the deficiency in theurban planning educationfor the undergraduate.Through the case study,suggestions are given on how to promote knowledge,skills,and the mode of thinking on public participation in curricular system.
