【摘要】 通过主成分回归分析无锡1995-2008年的碳排放量的影响因素,从而找出对无锡碳排放量起关键作用的几个影响因素,进而提出多种对应的建议,改变影响因素的量从而最终减少无锡碳排放量,这一系列的建议能够使得政策制定者们在无锡发展低碳城市的道路上获得更多的决策参考。此研究能够在应用层面提出无锡发展低碳经济所需要控制的主要指标,这样才能真正地把碳减排的目标落在实处,使减排所需要达到的目标更加量化,也更加便于社会考核。更多还原

【Abstract】 By a class of very useful regression method-principal component regression which analyzes the influential factors of carbon emission in Wuxi City in 1995-2008,we can find out several key influential factors for the carbon emission in Wuxi City and give multiple corresponding suggestions which change the amount of the influential factors in order to reduce the carbon emission in Wuxi City finally,at the same time these suggestions can give the policy maker some decision-making reference in the way of developing low carbon city of Wuxi City.This research points out the main indexes which need to control at the application level in the course of developing low carbon economy in Wuxi City.In this way we can really focus on carbon emission reduction into effect in order to achieve a more quantitative emission reduction and more user-friendly assessment.更多还原
