【摘要】 围海造地是沿海城开发利用海洋、拓展海岸带发展空间的重要手段之一,它可以充分利用海洋的空间资源属性,正面效应显著。然而,盲目围海造地的负面效应也是当今世界各国关注的热点问题。本文从沿海城市围海造地的效应分析入手,综合考虑围海造地的利与弊,从社会效益、经济效益和环境效益三个方面抽取主要因素作为评价指标,运用模糊统计的方法构建一套围海造地综合损益评价体系,并对海岸带的可持续性发展进行思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land reclamation is one crucial approach for costal city to develop and utilize ocean and to expand developing space of coastal zone.The approach no doubt plays extraordinary positive role in making full of usage of oceanic resource.At the same time,the flaw of aimless land reclamation is also a hot topic in the world.In this study,the analysis of effect of coastal city land reclamation is firstly made.After that,synthetically considering both advantage and disadvantages of reclamation,thought social efficiency,economic performance and environmental benefit as three primary evaluation indexes,one system for synthetically assessing profit and loss of reclamation is build by using the method of fuzzy statistics.Moreover,the issue of sustainable development of coastal zone is deliberated at last.更多还原
