【摘要】 在城市化进程中,城市建筑衰败在所难免,衰败使中心区古老的建筑群逐渐沦为贫民窟,对城市文化及经济发展产生巨大的负面影响。面对城市中心年代久远的建筑群的衰败,美国与欧洲采取了不同的政策,同时也表现出城市景观文化的取向。本文通过比较分析美国与欧洲城市老城区景观发展政策、城市文化模式及其对城市经济的影响,希望为今日我国快速城市化中城市传统文化保护、发展及创新提供重要的经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 In progress of urbanization,urban dilapidation is ineluctable.Dilapidation can make conglomerations of ancient buildings in the urban centers gradually become slums,which creates huge negative influence to the urban culture and economy.Facing the dilapidation of old buildings in urban centers,the United States and Europe have adopted different policies,which performs the view of their urban building culture.By analyzing building development policies of old urban areas and urban cultural mode and the influence in urban economy in the United States and Europe in this paper,we hope to provide important experience and precept for the protection and development and innovation of the urban traditional culture in the fast development of Chinese urbanization today.更多还原
