【Abstract】 In signal control intersection,it is an extrusive problem to restrict the service level of intersection due to the asymmetric traffic flow in the same signal phase to waste the time resource of intersection.The cases analyze the efficient role of the "late-start and early-cut-off" measure for signal phase in intersection to solve this problem,and also propose the calculating method of signal time distribution for the "late-start and early-cut-off" signal phase.更多还原
