智能化变电站中多源自适应时间同步系统

【摘要】 为了满足日益增长的智能化变电站时间同步需求,提出一种多源自适应的时间同步系统方案。基于各种时间基准的特点,采用外部时间基准校正本地原子钟时间基准,建立秒脉冲同步产生上升沿和国际标准时间对齐秒脉冲的时间同步系统方案,设计优化算法,并采用多重误差补偿算法对输入的有效同步源的同步信号进行数据筛查和量化误差补偿,提高了同步信号的准确度.检验结果表明:该系统方案可行,具有同步精度较高、结构简单和易于工程实现等优点.

【Abstract】 In order to satisfy the increasing requirements of time synchronization system for smart substations,a scheme of multi-source adaptive time synchronization system is presented in this paper.Based on the characteristics of multi time sources,the local atomic clock output is corrected with the reference of exterior timing criterion.And a scheme to produce a PPS pulse whose rising edge is strictly synchronized with the international standard time is designed.An optimization algorithm is proposed,which can self-adaptive select the optimal timing source.The multiplex error compensation algorithm is adapted to go through the effective source synchronization signals with data screening and quantitative error compensation,so as to improve synchronization signal accuracy.Test results show that the scheme is with high accuracy,structural simplicity and feasibility for projects realization.
