学习型社区研究
A Study on the Learning Community
【摘要】 未来的社会必将是学习型的社会,而学习型社区则是构建学习型社会的基石。文章在阐述国内外学习型社区运动的基础上,对学习型社区的基本内涵及其形成条件进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The future society is sure to be a learning society,and the community is the foundation stone of the learning.The author introduces the international learning community movement,and discusses the meanings and conditions of learning community construction.
