【摘要】 目的总结重症手足口病的临床特点和治疗措施。方法应用回顾性分析的方法对我院2010年所收治的重症手足口病患者的相关资料进行分析。结果重症手足口病多发生于3岁以下儿童,农村患儿多见。临床表现除皮疹外,多有发热、头痛、呕吐、肢体抖动、易惊等症状。外周血WBC总数轻度升高,血糖略高。脑脊液压力增高,多呈病毒性脑膜炎改变。重症患儿均为EV71感染。结论及早筛查出重症患儿并参照指南积极治疗是救治成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics and treatment strategies in critical cases of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods Clinical data of critical HFMD patients admitted to our hospital in 2010 were analyzed retro-spectively.Results Severe HFMD occurred in children under 3 years old,more common in rural children.The main manifestations were fever,headache,vomiting,limb shaking and being easy to panic as well as rash.Slightly elevated peripheral WBC and blood glucose were seen.Cerebrospinal fluid pressure increased,mainly developing viral encephalitis.The critical HFMD patients were all infected by EV71.Conclusion Early screening of critical HFMD patients and giving active treatment according to guidelines are crucial for successful treatment.更多还原
