【Abstract】 With the foundation of the Athens Empire in Clssical Greece,the politics,economy,culture and other aspects of Athens were in full blooming,which offered the economic foundation for the Public Welfare.The State and rich men took many measures in food supply,employment,public life and so on,but these measures had a series of charactieristics of instability andprominent civic feature but the radical aims of these measures were to balance the rich and the poor in order to keep the state inorder.更多还原
