【Abstract】 The paper determines the sampling method by comparative study among sampling of calcium-iron cored wires, sample preparation methods and analysis methods of iron content, which shall guarantee the representation and uniformity of sampling. In the paper, it compares the methods to measure the iron content. The result shows that the three methods are all meet the requirement of iron measurement for iron and steel companies.
