对构建高等学校内部教学质量监控体系的思考
Consideration to Establish a Monitor System of Internal Teaching Quality
【摘要】 将全面质量管理理念、评估和监控措施、人性化管理思维等应用于高校教学管理,提出管理方式方法的有机结合,从而力求形成适应目前需求的全面提高高等学校内部教学质量的监控体系。
【Abstract】 The principles of quality management,evaluation and monitor method are used in teaching management of higher institutions.The new managerial ideals are given to establish a monitor system of internal teaching quality.
