【Abstract】 State-owned agricultural land and Peasants’ collective land are relative concepts and are different in subjects.In ancient and contemporary China,there has been contractual operation of state-owned agricultural land.It is of theoretical significance to interpret the legitimacy of contractual operation of state-owned agricultural land with the help of resource developing theory,natural scarce theory and real right theory to provide theoretical basis for the modification and improvement of the laws for contractual operation of state-owned agricultural land.Through analysis,this paper holds that contractual operation of state-owned agricultural land accords with resource developing theory,natural scarce theory and real right theory.更多还原
