【摘要】 从培养目标定位、教育教学模式、人才培养质量与就业状况,以及后备人才资源状况等四方面入手,分析高校高水平运动队人才培养的现状与问题,并在借鉴国外成功经验的基础上,基于职业生涯规划的视角,提出高校高水平运动队培养改革的新措施。在高校高水平运动队的培养过程中,应该牢固树立"全人发展"的教育理念,通过激发学生的职业生涯规划意识、注重复合技能的培养,以及个性化的生涯辅导,不断提升高水平运动队学生的职业核心竞争能力,以期形成"优秀生源—优秀运动员—优秀毕业生"的良性循环。更多还原

【Abstract】 Undertaking advanced sports teams in Colleges is the important implementation of "Combination of Sports and Cultural Education" for training outstanding sports talents.But there is a gap between the status of advanced sports teams’ education and objective of undertaking colleges’ advanced sports teams.This paper analyzes the status quo and problems from the four aspects of the education objective,the education and teaching mode,the education quality and employment conditions,and the status of reserved sports talents.Furthermore,the career competitiveness is improved through the following perspectives: the all-round education philosophy,awakening of personal career planning,training of compound skills and individual career guidance,which is the right way to form a virtuous circle.更多还原
