近空间高速飞行器用超高温材料
Ultra-High Temperature Materials Used for Near Space Hypersonic Aerocraft
【摘要】 对近空间高超声速飞行器用超高温材料包括超高温陶瓷、难熔金属化合物材料以及它们的涂层技术等进行了概略介绍。现有超高温材料存在的最主要问题就是抗氧化性和抗冲蚀性差。单一材料或涂层不能满足极端复杂环境下对力学、热学和抗氧化性能的要求,材料的多功能化、复合化及基体材料与涂层的一体化是超高温材料的重要研究方向。
【Abstract】 The ultra-temperature materials used for near space hypersonic aerocraft were introduced summarily, including ultra-temperature ceramics, refractory metal compound materials and their coating technology. The uppermost problems of the ultra-high temperature materials are their oxidation resistance and impact corrosion resistance. The simplex material or coating can not satisfy the requirement of mechanical, thermal and oxidation performances in extremely complex environment, and the purpose of the present study is to investigate the multifunction, composition and integration of matrix materials and their coating.
