陶瓷注射成型充模过程及成型缺陷计算机模拟分析
Computer Simulation Analysis of Ceramic Powder Injection Molding Process and Molding Defects Formation
【摘要】 借助Moldflow软件,建立适合陶瓷注射成型混合料的流变学方程和P-V-T方程,确定比热、弹性模量和热膨胀系数等关键物理量。研究发现模拟分析结果和实际注射成型过程一致,注射温度、注射压力和注射速度是焊接线和气穴的决定性工艺参数。
【Abstract】 With software Moldflow, rehology equation and P-V-T equation for feedstock were established. The physical properties of the feedstock like specific heat, thermal expansion and Young’s modulus were defined in the materials database. It is shown that simulation results are consistent with the actual process. Injection temperature, pressure and rate play a critical role in the formation of welding line and voids.
