【摘要】 通过真空合成和热压烧结制备了p型(Bi0.5Sb0.5)2(Te1-ySey)3+2%Te(质量分数)(y=0.02~0.03),针对不同y值的样品利用XRD、SEM对其进行成分分析、物相结构和形态的分析,通过四探针法测量其电导率,对样品两端加温差(ΔT=1~4℃)测量其塞贝克系数。结果表明,当y=0.022时,材料具有最好的热电性能:σ=83.78Ω-1·mm-1,α=228μV·K-1,P=3.9808mW·m-1·K-2。

【Abstract】 p-type (Bi0.5Sb0.5)2(Te1-ySey)3+2%Te (y=0.02-0.03) was synthesized in vacuum and sintered by hot-pressing. For different y values, XRD and SEM were used to analyse the composition, the phase structure and the morphology; afterwards conductivity was measured by four-probe and Seebeck coefficient was also measured by applying temperature difference between two ends of the sample (ΔT =1-4 ℃). The results show that when y= 0.022 the material has the best thermoelectric properties: σ=83.78 Ω-1·mm-1, α=228 μV·K-1, P=3.9808 mW·m-1·K-2.
