BaCl2对热压BixSb2-xTeySe3-y基材料热电性能的影响
Effect of BaCl2 on Thermoelectric Properties of Bi2Te3 Based Materials
【摘要】 研究不同BaCl2掺杂量Bi2Te3基热电材料的热压烧结工艺参数,运用XRD、SEM对材料的物相成分和形貌进行表征,研究20MPa下不同温度和不同BaCl2掺杂量对N型Bi2Te3基材料的电导率、Seebeck系数的影响,以及对比了热处理前后样品的热电性能。结果表明,BaCl2掺杂没有明显改变Bi2Te3基材料的晶体结构,适量的BaCl2掺杂有利于提高N型Bi2Te3基材料的热电性能。
【Abstract】 The hot-pressure sintering parameters versus different BaCl2 dopants into N-type Bi2Te3-based thermoelectric materials were studied. The composition and morphology were characterized by XRD and SEM analysis methods. The influences of different amounts of BaCl2 dopants on electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient of Bi2Te3-based materials were studied. The results show that, Ba-dopant does not change the crystal structure of N-type Bi2Te3-based materials evidently. A ppropriate amount of BaCl2 dopant is conducive to improving the thermoelectric properties of N-type Bi2Te3-based materials.
