碳质涂膜股骨头假体的生物力学性能
Biomechanical Properties of Carbon-Coated Femoral Head
【摘要】 采用有限元分析方法,结合以往的研究结果进行了相应的研究,初步得到以下结论:碳质涂膜股骨头与人体髋臼的接触应力大小及分布均和人体髋关节相似;假体材料弹性模量的差异对半髋置换后的髋关节应力分布影响不明显。植入后在碳质涂膜假体周围有新生软骨长出,新生软骨层是否能够保护人体的髋臼免受磨损还有待于进一步研究。
【Abstract】 The contact stress of the special carbon-coated femoral head against the human acetabula was investigated by finite element. The results show that the maximum contact stress and stress distribution between the coated prosthesis and human acetabula are similar to the natural human hip joint;Young’s modulus have no obvious effects on the contact stress in the hip joint. Former research have proved that the neocartilage would appear around the carbon-coated femoral head. Further researches are needed for determining whether the neocartilage can protect the acetabulum from being worn.
