【摘要】 建立了纸制食品包装材料中的37种有机氯农药的固相萃取净化-气相色谱分析方法。样品粉碎后经正己烷超声提取后,经弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱洗脱去除杂质,经气相色谱电子俘获检测器(GC-ECD)检测。本方法具有净化时间短、基质干扰少的优点,线性范围2.0～500μg/L,相关系数大于0.9990,平行10次样品测定值的RSD在0.280%～9.914%之间,加标回收率在80.40%～103.77%之间,方法最低检出限为0.80μg/kg。更多还原

【Abstract】 Solid phase extraction and purification-GC analysis for 37 kinds of organochlorine in paper materials for food packaging was constructed.The samples were crushed and extracted by ultrasonic,the Florida silica solid-phase extraction column was eluted to remove impurities,then was tested by gas chromatography with electron trapping detector(ECD).This method has the advantages of shorter time for purification and less interference matrix,the linear range is 2.0~500μg/L,and the correlation coefficient is 0.9990,RSD range of determination of parallel 10 times is between 0.280% ~9.914%.The recovery range is between 80.40%~103.77%,the low limit of determination is 0.8 μg/kg.更多还原
