二次纤维回用过程的层间自组装研究
Studies on layer-by-layer self-assembly of polyelectrolyte in recycle process of OCC fiber
【摘要】 基于层间自组装技术,采用阳离子聚电解质CPAM和阴离子聚电解质CMC对多次回用过程的再生纤维进行层间自组装试验,对回用过程再生纤维的物理强度变化进行了探讨,并与原纤维的回用性能进行了对比。试验结果表明,对经过5次回用后的浆料进行自组装处理,其物理强度性能要优于原OCC浆料纤维,耐破指数、环压指数、裂断长分别提高了26.67%、41.79%、24.04%。并且,借助SEM和FT-IR对层间自组装的再生纤维进行了表征。SEM分析发现,层间自组装的纤维表面较为光滑,认为这会有效促进纤维之间的交联,提高纸页物理强度;FT-IR结果显示,层间自组装的纤维分别在1642cm-1和1543cm-1有着明显的吸收谱带,这可归因于CPAM和CMC在纤维表面的吸附。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the changes of physical strength of OCC fiber in recycling were investigated;the influence of CPAM/CMC layer-by-layer self-assembly on the physical strength and surface properties of recycled fiber was discussed and compared.The results indicated that the physical strength of fifth recycled fiber which has been self-assembled exerted was better than original OCC fiber,and the burst index,ring crush index and breaking length were increased by 26.67%,41.79%,24.04% respectively.SEM and FT-IR were introduced to characterize the properties of fiber surface.It was shown by SEM that the surface of the self-assembly fiber became more smooth than untreated fiber,which was supposed to improve the bond between fiber and fiber so as to improve the physical strength of paper.According to FT-IR results,there was distinct absorption region at 1642cm-1 and 1543 cm-1 for self-assembly fiber,which can be attributed to be the absorption of CPAM and CMC on the fiber surface.
