γ射线辐照对Cu/LDPE纳米复合材料的影响
Influence of γ-ray Irradiation on Nano Cu/LDPE Composite
【摘要】 采用不同剂量的γ射线对Cu/LDPE进行辐照,并对复合材料的铜离子释放速度、力学性能、浸润性、自由体积等进行了分析。结果表明,辐照剂量不同,铜离子的释放性能发生较大改变;随辐照剂量的增加,拉伸强度先增大后减小,而材料的断裂伸长率和接触角持续减小,并初步探讨了实验结果。
【Abstract】 Nano Cu/LDPE composite,which was composed of nanocopper and low-density polyethylene (LDPE),was irradiated by 60Coγ-rays under atmospheric condition with various doses.And then,the changes on Cu2+ release rate,mechanical properties,contact angle and free-volume were studied.It is found that,with increasing radiation,Cu2+ release rate changed significantly,tensile strength increased first and then decreased with the radiation dose increased,while elongation at break and contact angle decreased monotonously,and the experimental results were discussed preliminarily.
