纳米复合热电材料的研究现状
Research Situation of Nanocomposites Thermoelectric Materials
【摘要】 热电材料纳米复合化是研究高ZT值热电材料的一个重要方向。介绍了纳米复合热电材料的非原位和原位复合方式,分析了纳米复合化提高材料热电性能的原因,提出了纳米复合热电材料具有广阔应用前景的观点。
【Abstract】 Nano combination is one of the most essential ways to product high figure-of-merit ZT of thermoelectric materials.The ex situ and in situ nanocomposites thermoelectric materials are introduced.How the significant improvement of figure-of-merit ZT of thermoelectric materials achieved from nanostructure is presented.The view that nanocomposites have a great prospect of widely application is outlined.
