一种BA/KH-570/MMA/St四元共聚大分子偶联剂的合成与应用研究
A Macromolecular Coupling Agent Synthesis of Copolymer BA/KH-570/MMA/St and Its Application
【摘要】 以γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、苯乙烯(St)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为反应单体,过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,进行本体共聚反应,制得一种大分子偶联剂。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1 H-NMR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对共聚物结构进行表征。研究了这种偶联剂对粉煤灰增强聚氯乙烯(PVC)力学性能的影响,发现制备的大分子偶联剂可以有效提高聚氯乙烯制品的力学性能。
【Abstract】 A macromolecular coupling agent was synthesized by bulk polymerization with 3-methacryloxyl-propyl trimethoxyl silane,n-butyl acrylate,styrene and methyl methacrylate as the reactive monomer,dibenzoyl peroxide as the initiator.The structure of the copolymer was characterized by means of infrared spectrum(IR),nuclear magne-tic resonance(1H-NMR),and gel permeation chromatography(GPC).The mechanical properties of fly ash filled polyvinyl chloride,especially tensile strength and elastic modulus,were significantly improved using the coupling agent to treat the surface of fly ash.
