玻璃纤维增强树脂复合材料的直角切削技术研究

【摘要】 以单向玻璃纤维增强复合材料为研究对象,通过改变切削参数对在不同纤维方向角情况下的切削力和已加工表面的粗糙度进行了测试,并结合已加工表面的SEM观察,对复合材料的直角切削技术进行了试验研究。结果表明,纤维方向角对切削力和粗糙度以及切削区损伤程度的影响较大,是影响单向复合材料切削性能的重要因素;切削速度越快,粗糙度变化趋势越大。

【Abstract】 The machinability of unidirectional glass fiber-reinforced plastics was studied when subjected to orthogonal cutting.The cutting force and machined surface roughness were tested by altering the cutting parameter.The orthogonal cutting technologies were studied via SEM.As a result,the cutting force,surface roughness and da-mage of cutting areas change dramatically with the fiber orientation.Fiber orientation θ is a key factor that determines the cutting performance of GFRP.The variation trend of surface roughness is large with the different cutting speed.
